We ship out Monday through Wednesday to prevent the package from being delayed over the weekend.

We do our best to make sure your plant arrives in the best condition possible. Each plant is packed with Polyester Fiber on top of soil and around leaves and stems, then rolled numerous times in packing paper to create structure and support. Each plant roll will be taped securely to the inside of the box or inside a thermal layer depending on outside temperatures.

Please understand that shipping can cause some distress and minor damages. Plants may arrive with slight yellowing or some blemishes. Environmental temperatures can cause more severe damage. We highly recommend upgrading shipping as well as checking your local weather and purchasing add on protection accordingly. During winter months we will complimentary add extra insulation and a heat pack if necessary. If there is severe weather conditions we reserve the right to wait and ship at a reasonable time.

*Cacti and some larger plants may ship bare root to save on shipping costs or protection purposes.
