Our Story

Growing up in a small town in New England spending time camping, hiking and fishing, I have always had a passion for nature and the outdoors. Covered in dirt, playing in the vegetable garden as a child, I grew an appreciation for plants. That appreciation has now grown into a passion. And that passion carries on into each plant grown and sold here at Lucid Leaves.

Lucid Leaves works hard to offer a variety of unique rare plants for collectors and easy-to-care for classics. Our indoor nursery ensures that our plants are grown in a similar environment as to yours, to allow less stress when acclimating after being shipped. We carefully package each plant to make sure it arrives undamaged and offer extra protection for cold and hot destinations.

Most of our plants are grown in house either in our indoor nursery or in our tissue culture lab. Any plant not offered as a tissue culture plantlet will be fully acclimated with established roots. We will never sell an unhealthy or freshly imported plant.
