Refund and Return Policy
Please understand that shipping a plant can cause some stress and minor damage such as a broken stem, torn leaf or loss of a leaf, and blemishes. Refer to our Shipping Policy. If your plant arrives with more than minor damage please document a photo as soon as the package is opened. DO NOT alter the plant in anyway. Send us the photo within 24 hours of its arrival, contact us at adrianne@lucidleaves.com. We will do our best to reasonably resolve the issue.
Once a plant is purchased there are no refunds or exchanges.
